Mr. Rudd is a widely acclaimed expert in quantitative analysis, asset allocation, modern portfolio theory and risk management.

Andrew Rudd founded Advisor Software in 1995 to deliver world class analytics to the retail financial services market. He is an expert in asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, risk management, and performance measurement. Dr. Rudd is also a co-founder and former chairman and CEO of Barra, Inc., where he served as CEO from 1984 to 1999. He is the co-author of two industry-leading books on institutional investing: "Modern Portfolio Theory: The Principles of Investment Management" and "Option Pricing." Dr. Rudd was also Professor of Finance and Operations Research at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. In addition, he has written numerous journal articles and research papers on a wide range of domestic and international investment practices and theories. Dr. Rudd received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Mathematics and Physics from Sussex University in England, and earned a M.Sc. in Operations Research, an M.B.A in Finance and International Business, and a Ph.D. in Finance and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
Michelle Farmer is responsible for overseeing the legal, financial and administrative affairs of Advisor Software and directing its regulatory strategy. Ms. Farmer has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years including positions as general counsel for mPower.com, Inc. and general counsel for Wealth Management Systems, Inc. She is a member of the California and Massachusetts Bar. Ms. Farmer earned a JD from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Dr. Mark Ferrari CFA is the Chief Research Scientist at Advisor Software leading the research team's development of leading-edge finance and risk analytics used across Advisor Software’s technology solutions. He has developed investment strategies for some of the world’s leading asset managers, including Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock), AXA Rosenberg, and clients of MSCI Barra. New financial products created by research teams under his direction include optimal portfolios of intellectual property at Procinea Management LLC and equity insurance for homeowners at the Home Value Insurance Company. Dr. Ferrari is a graduate of Yale University and holds a Ph. D. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Prior to his career in finance, Dr. Ferrari was a physicist at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
Tom Flint is the Vice President of Sales at Advisor Software. Prior to joining Advisor Software Mr Flint held senior positions at Advent Software, where he consulted with RIAs on how to make their operations more efficient using technology; Black Diamond Performance Reporting, where he built out a West Coast presence and led the acquisition of their largest client to date; Salesforce.com, where he helped grow the Financial Services team and brought onboard several of their largest clients in the Central Region; BOX.COM; and Schwab Institutional. Immediately prior to joining Advisor Software, Flint led West Coast sales for the Mountain View-based investment management technology company, Addepar, where he was responsible for bringing onboard some of their largest RIA and Family Office clients.
Sudhakar Kaki is the Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for leading the architecture, software development, deployment of ASI’s cutting edge Wealth Management Cloud. Mr. Kaki has over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS with the application of Machine Learning on large datasets for business insights and predictions. He has served in multiple senior executive technology positions in both large public companies including Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) and WebMD (NYSE: WBMD), and several small fast growing startups such as Percolate. He is passionate about execution - to get stuff done with speed, quality , accountability and with zero bureaucracy. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Sciences.
As Vice President, Implementation and Client Management, Michael Granger is responsible for management and maintenance of all of Advisor Software’s products and solutions, including client implementations and support. Mr. Granger has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently holding positions at Barra and as VP Systems Director at Bank of America. Prior to Bank of America, he was Operations Director for CIBC World Markets in London. He also held trading positions at institutions including Standard Chartered, a London-based, international bank.
As Vice President of Operations, Steve Bradley is responsible for management of Advisor Software’s I.T, Quality Assurance and Project Management of all of Advisor Software’s projects. Mr. Bradley has over 20 years of experience in the Quality Assurance / Project Management field with the last 15 years within the financial services industry, most recently holding positions of Vice President at MSCI and Barra. Prior to Barra, he was responsible for Quality Assurance and Project Management for UK based, Edinburgh Financial Publishing.
